Local name: Southern Catalpa or Cigar Tree
Yellow leaved catalpa. The leaves are a particular intense yellow during the early spring. If this tree's habitat is too dark the leaves will turn a light shade of green rather than the striking yellow. This tree will reach its full height within 10 years, usually multi-trunked.
